REVISION OF THE EPIDEMICS ACT (epida)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

MASS-VOLL! rejects the proposed partial revision in its entirety. The experiences of the past years have shown that the Epidemics Act (EpidA) is nothing but an instrument of power. It is being abused to hollow out the division of power and damages the people and the state. The Epidemics Act did not add value at any point in time. Instead it constitutes a direct threat to our democratic order and freedom.<\/p>\n

  1. A ruthless and transparent processing of all political decisions regarding Covid-19! All fines and punishements, handed out due to the illegal measures against Corona, are lifted. All cases of force used by public officials against civil rights activists are investigated. Those responsible for the coercive measures pay reparations. The political system of Switzerland is renewed: Strengthening of democratic institutions, the rule of law and an uncircumventable protection of basic rights.

      No restrictions of our basic rights and freedoms (like physical integrity, freedom of movement, freedom of expression, economic freedom and freedom of association) through epidemiological measures.

      1. No discrimination of people who don\u2019t wear a mask, don\u2019t restrict their contact to others or don\u2019t want to or can\u2019t get tested or vaccinated!

        1. No totalitarian surveillance measures like contact tracing.

          1. No dictates from the WHO, like \u201cOne Health\u201d!

            1. The Federal Government is made directly liable for damages caused by recommended vaccinations and sues the manufacturer!

              1. Abolishment of \u201cspecial condition\u201d and \u201cextraordinary condition\u201d!

                1. Parliament is forced to examine all measures of the federal council!

                  1. Abolishment of the national vaccination plan!

                    1. The citizens are to be informed about efficient and low risk prevention measures like vitamin D!
